What information is provided to adoptive parents about the child?
Medical/genetic history and pregnancy/delivery information forms filled out by birth parents are provided to the adoptive parents with identifying information deleted. A single person or a married couple who are 21 years or older and have a favorable homestudy by a licensed adoption agency may adopt.
