Facebook, Twitter and MySpace
Just a quick word to the wise, do not put information that can be used against you in your divorce action on Facebook, Twitter or MySpace. It's quite easy to get access to this information, and it is also used by potential employers. I was recently able to prove that a party's income was substantially higher than disclosed, based on his salary figures on Facebook. Lawyers routinely look at Facebook, Twitter and MySpace for financial and character information on the other spouse.
