Stop immediately. Help the injured. Make careful note of the location and call the nearest police agency. Ask for a doctor or ambulance if needed. Don't move an injured person unnecessarily. Warn passing traffic. Exchange information such as name, address, vehicle registration number, driver's license, and insurance information.
