Maiden name
Often not the most important consideration, but one that sometimes is overlooked - returning to one's maiden name. At some time during the pendency of a divorce, it is important for the wife to decide whether she wants to return to the use for her former legal surname. She will be asked for a final decision on this issue at the final hearing.
